So many ways to volunteer and raise awareness

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and on October 9th, Hope Rising honored the Victims of Domestic Violence with a Candlelight Vigil on the West Lawn of the McKinney Performing Arts Center.  Our Key Note speaker was Brooke Jones with Stronger than Espresso and special guests included Vanessa Vaughter of Hope’s Door, Collin County’s Women’s Shelter, as well as, Jordan Stoltz, Vanessa Fry and many ladies from the cast of the 2014 Return of The Vagina Monologues.
